PVC comes in a variety of forms making it a versatile product. We use PVC fabric bag systems lined with microfibre to cover the PVC and create a softer surface for customer’s parts.
PVC inserts we offer
Alongside with microfibre lining we also offer wear pads which are made from polypropylene sheet. These wear pads can be installed onto each pocket of the PVC bag, covered in microfibre and have foam stuck directly to the wear pad to hold more complex parts.
Our PVC insert stillages also come with a curtain to seal off the compartments. We can design the curtain to be transparent, have a window, or be coloured.
Your logo can also be printed on the curtain, making it easy to identify and help your brand image.
